Meet our new Chef Nick Berden, a native from Michigan who brings excitement to the palate and the plate. He is thrilled to be working with our local farmers and create specials that pair well with our regional hard ciders, microbrews and wines.
Tonights Specials: Broiled Whitefish Roulade Salad- Sesame crusted whitefish broiled in our wood stone oven & served with local sunflower micro green salad of organic red sweet bell peppers & celery with a lemon vinaigrette.
Seared Wild Caught Salmon- Glazed with Sleeping Bear raw honey, citrus & chilis. Served on a bed of rice noodles, organic & local tomatoes, cucumbers and cabbage.
