Tandem Cider, a local favorite, will be leading the evening by taking all of us on a five coursed ride through their apple orchards. Chef Andrew, of Taproot fame, has prepared for each of the five ciders a unique dish to satisfy the soul while the cider tickles your taste buds. You won't want to miss this beautiful blend of local ciders and local cuisine.

Erraticus in the Wild with G Snacks

Erraticus is a series of rare, wild ciders fermented with apples sourced from fine, Northern Michigan orchards. Each cider in the Erraticus series has been allowed to ferment very slowly, before being transferred into barrels or onto fruit for a secondary fermentation.

Erraticus 10 is a wild cider fermented with peach and cranberry and aged in red wine barrels. 6.1% ABV TA – 6.2 g/L.

Erraticus 8 is a Wild Cider aged on lemon zest with. Straw-colored and slightly hazy, the eighth cider in our Erraticus series has scents and flavors reminiscent of a Farmhouse-Style cider. 6% ABV.
